MR. Chaminda Goonawardhana- Started his currier as a marketer and performed with excellence and handled many channels as an executive for supermarkets at John Keels Holdings, Regional operation manager for Cargills (Ceylon) Limited and National sales Manager for Wijaya Products(Pvt)Limited. In his period of stay with Crown Group of Companies, he was able to introduce range of products to confectionery and Snacks business and many of them are still maintaining monopoly in the market. He is operating island wide sales by a direct distribution system without distributors successfully which is very difficult to do so in this type of a period. Mr. Goonawardhana will be the gate opener of our organisation for the snacks and confectionery exports business in the near future. He started new channels to enhance the group such as Supermarkets, bakery and outlet chain, Indian Restaurant chain etc. by using his past experience and was able to bring Crown Group of Companies in to a success. During the past financial crisis of the country which occurred due to so many reasons, he was able to sustain the stability of the entire group by performing as a responsible team leader
